Praise God, today Peter's platelets count has gone up to 68,000. The last few days it went down to a threatening level of 22,000. Many friends and relatives prayed along with us and Pastors from VFC & Lighthouse visited and prayed for him in the hospital. We are grateful and appreciative of all the prayer support and visitation.
Since this incident, many have been wondering what is platelet. This little info may help. Platelets are tiny cells that circulate round the body in the blood. They play an important role in blood clotting and fighting infection. A low platelet count can make you feel tired and fatigued. We could see how weak and sick Peter was since last Thursday and especially so the last few days when the platelets count went to an alarming low count of 22,000.
We know the healing process is going on and we look forward to Peter's full recovery.
