Global Financial Crisis is what everyone is talking about now. Many people have been affected by this crisis. In our daily prayer we'll continue to lift up this need. In times like this, relationship can be brought further apart or even closer. Crisis of all sorts - be it physical, financial or emotional will cause us to look at things with a different perspective. A friend visited our home last week and asked me a question. "Maureen, surely unhappiness and quarrels happen when you stay together in a house. How do you solve that when it happened?" My answer to him is : "Yes of course at times we will have some unhappiness when there are so many of us staying together under 1 roof. Quarrels however have not happened so far in our past 2 over years of staying together. We are all very different in personality and thus unhappiness will occur at times. But thank God we have been able to stay together harmoniously."

How have we solved them the last 2 years? Looking back, we sat down to talk over issues a few times when that happened. That had helped us to tackle those issues. Various trials and storms in the family have also caused us to see what's important and what's not. Right now, our focus is on Paul & Lily. Daily in our prayer, we lift them up for Strength to go through what they are going through now. Support is what they need and any other issues are unimportant now.

We know it's not an easy battle they are fighting but with GOD we can overcome this again. So 105ians, let's fight this battle together and I know we'll all come out of this becoming stronger in our faith.
