Happy Birthday Jonathan!

Today is another very special occasion, our dear Jonathan turns 20 today and we had dinner at New York New York. Julia bought him his favourite banana chocolate cake from awfully chocolate and he also received gifts from all of us except .....

We want to thank God for jonathan who had brought us lots of joy, laughter and sometimes heartaches whenever he is stubborn and rude. We know it is part of growing up but we pray that he will be more compassionate to others, continue to excel in his studies, experience the joy of giving as the Word says "It is more blessed to give than to receive"(Acts 20:35b) and most importantly, love the Lord and serve Him with all his heart and soul and have a personal encounter with HIM.

Jonathan is very special to all of us and we want to take this opportunity to wish him a very blessed birthday and want to post some of his childhood photos here to see how much he has changed. God has truly blessed him as he used to be quite a sickly child; went thru major operation when he was only a baby and had frequent asthma attacks but now, he is a strong, intelligent and handsome young man.

I can't help recalling when paul was around, he used to ask me to bring jonathan out when he was young since he is same age as Ryan and paul used to adore jonathan alot esp during jon's chubby days. Though it's sad that paul didn't get to see him before he passed on but i know he is happy for jonathan and on behalf of uncle paul, a very happy birthday to you, jonathan.
