Praise God for His Grace and Mercy. Paul is feeling much better now. He was able to get out of the bed to shower on his own. Though his pain had subsided, his blood pressure was extremely low... so low that the machine was not able to read it.
Doctor gave him proteins and vitamins thru infusion to bring up his bp and it was much better after that. He was given 6 jabs altogether yesterday and after the last 2 jabs and sleeping pill around 1030pm, he managed to sleep thru till 5am this morning. They had also given him oxygen as he was feeling breathless.
Abdominal x-ray showed lots of gas in his abdomen thus causing such severe pain for him. His stomach was so hard and big yesterday morning and after they gave him fleet enema, he was able to relieve himself and the stomach has also softened.
Though there's still some retching, he's feeling better now. Doctor is going to start feeding him tomorrow if he's better to see if he's able to take it as his intestine is abit distended. He had not had any milk since his admission on monday.
We truly hope it's just the gas and no other complications. Whatever it is, we will continue to pray for strength to go through this ordeal.
I am so glad and thankful that paul's feeling better as i have never seen him in such agony before. He wants me to thank all friends, relatives, solf members and brothers and sisters-in-Christ who have been praying for him and most importantly, he is thankful that our Saviour has once again preserved his life.
Amen!
