Today has been one of the most trying days for Paul & Lily. Paul was admitted to the hospital on Monday and was supposed to be discharged today as he was feeling so good yesterday. At about 5am, Paul suddenly had a very bad abdominal pain and morphine was administered to him. The whole of today, the pain had come and go and the intensity of the pain must have been extremely bad. We were at the hospital at noon time and saw that Paul was really in pain. He has always had a very high threshold of pain and thus for him to say that it's painful, it would have been extremely bad. He was in so much pain that he couldn't get down from bed and the x-ray machine was brought to his room for the x-ray to be taken. Daniel & myself were at the hospital at that time and Daniel helped to turn him so that they can have the x-ray taken. Seeing Paul in such pain was really heartbroken for so many of us. We constantly remember and uphold Paul & Lily in prayers and we covet the prayers of all friends and relatives during this time.
